Fairuz collects all sorts of things (from tripod parts, rotating elements to expired film,…) to build something with it ‘one day’. That ‘day’ became a residency at Decoratelier; the place to come up with organic and à la minute constructions and situations. A quest for building analogue effects and capturing dynamics.

– is intrigued by the connection between plankton and plastic
– hunts snails in her garden
– looks like a frog when she laughs really hard
– swims like a dog
– is happy that she is a human because it allows her to go on bike rides, read, have dialogues and make films
