Amsterdam-based Khadija El Kharraz Alami graduated from the Acting department at the Utrecht School of the Arts in 2014. She created the solo Nu ben ik Medea, a series of performances with ever-changing participants Re-claiming Space and an adaptation of Virginia Woolf’s The Waves. During her residency, she develops The Imposter’s Party, a moment in the kitchen where all imposters, artists whose work or person fall outside the norms, gather. In the kitchen as a temporary arts institution, the house party becomes a way to celebrate imposterhood.
