Pauline Mikó
Brussels, Belgium, 1991.

Photographer, videographer and installation artist, graduated from La Cambre ENSAV in Brussels (BA) and the Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten in Ghent (MA). Her work explores the notion of time and its affects on memory as well as the realtionship between memory and photography. Miko is based in Brussels where she runs her photography studio.

Eva Giolo
Brussels, Belgium, 1991.

Audio visual artist and musician. She completed her musical education at the Institute of Contemporary Music in London and then turned her attention to video and studied media art at the Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten in Ghent. Giolo explores the relationship between loss, time and memories and deals with the social stigmas towards those suffering from mental health illnesses. Her videos consist of portraits representing subjects, more less always facing a certain kind of loneliness. Her work is essentially personal as she is often taking her own family as subjects and is inspired by her own obsessions, anxieties and personal childhood. Her video work has been exhibited and included in film festivals in Belgium, England and Poland. She works and lives in Brussels.

R’m Aharoni
Israel, 1984.

Lives and works in Ghent and Tel-Aviv. R’m Aharoni’s body of work sources from biographies. Through researching the lives of particular individuals he aims at exposing the different effects which shape one’s identity. The individual often speaks in many voices, and one may be more of a ‘dividual’ rather than ‘In-tegrated’ within oneself. R’m graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy – Amsterdam, department Fine Arts in 2011. In 2014 he received his Master with honors from the English program in Media Art at the Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten in Ghent. He was nominated with his graduation work All You Need – an address to Queen Victoria for the Horlait Dapsens prize. R’m has participated in exhibitions and residencies in The Netherlands, Belgium, Israel and Macedonia.
R’m is currently based in Israel.

Jeroen Vranken

Ghent based photographer and media artist who recently completed his masters in Photography at the Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten in Ghent. In his work, he mainly researches the identity of space, and how this is – or can be – determined by a photographer as well as the distant and evolving nature of the photographic medium.
