‘Collectieve Conversatie’ is an audiovisual installation by Mónica Ruiz Loyola based on the memories and life stories of the people of Kerkbrugge-Langerbrugge.
By means of objects, photographs and stories that some of the (former) inhabitants shared with her, she reveals the changes the area and local community underwent. These personal experiences are now collected in a (symbolically illuminated) archive-installation which stimulates the dialogue between artist, inhabitant and the public.
