Three musicians active in Opera Ballet Vlaanderen were important eyes and ears throughout the whole Night Shift ride. Kristie Su, Se-Yun Lee and José Reyes made sure that the opera not only remained receptive to everyone, but that it was also given a voice in the process.

The three classically scholared musicians often questioned prejudices while also having to adjust their own visions following refreshing insights of the collectives. They enriched discussions and cultivated the translation between the collectives involved in Night Shift and the employees of Opera Ballet Vlaanderen. It was not uncommon that their contributions were of great value to the works which can be seen at Night Shift.

In short: their active engagement both stimulated the dialogue about the opera and facilitated the presence of the collectives in the institution.
