Jana Milbou takes you on a foraging trip along roadsides and lost corners of the neighbourhood. You’ll learn to recognise plants and herbs, how to harvest them and use them in a cullinairy or medicinally way. Supplemented with leftover products from the  Short-chain supply store from Den Hannekesnest, an ultra-sustainable meal will be prepared.  What to think of ‘Mashed potatoes with cleaver” or ‘Gnocchi of nettle spruces’.  Soon to be Cullinary classics of Langerbrugge. Together with Konnektor-residents Pieter-Jan Verheyen and Mats Wosky Jana made an inventory of edible goodies in the neighbourhood. Jana acquired her practical knowledge through several courses and her job at an organic farm.  With her artistic background she likes to elaborate with texts an poetry about ecological correlations in the landscape. The layered and presumed hazardous environment of the nearby port-industry is for sure a challenging inspiration.
